Alert ME
Alert ME provides you with an efficient and effective way to automate the triggering of alerts to people based on the occurrence of an event. For example, an inbound call from a support customer can be used to trigger an outbound message to the appropriate on-call engineer; an identified service failure can trigger an SMS broadcast to all of your customers.

- Trigger alerts from a wide range of inbound events including, an IVR captured call, an SMS, an email, a web-based request or a system feed.
- Define simple rules and workflows as to how to respond to an alert, i.e. find appropriate engineer based on roster, skill or location.
- Issue alerts on either an individual basis or a one to many broadcast.
- Send alerts by email, SMS message or outbound call utilising text to speech messaging.
- Validate that alerts have been received and in cases of no response, utilise fall-back options.
