Ask ME

Ask ME provides you with an efficient and effective way to capture feedback from your customers regarding the service that you provide them. An easy to use web-based application enables you to create post-call customer surveys that are then automated through integrated speech recognition.

On completion of calls, customers are transferred to the Ask ME application which provides them with a confidential way of providing their feedback on the service that they have just received.

• Play these questions to your customers using text to speech capability.
• Capture responses using either speech recognition or DTMF.
• Record verbose feedback.
