Fax ME

Fax ME enables you to integrate the world of fax into your standard email system providing your users with a common interface to both receive and send faxes.

With Fax ME, incoming faxes are routed based on DDI to the inbox of the relevant person or department where they can be opened in the same manner as a standard email and forwarded and archived. Sending an outbound fax is a simple as sending an email, again with the capability for users to save copies within their outbox.

Fax ME also enables you to provide your customers with a voice enabled fax-back service. Callers are able to dial a designated line and, using voice prompts and speech recognition, request information to be faxed to them.
