Remind ME

For those organisations utilising the Schedule ME application, or who use a manual appointment setting process, Remind ME provides an effective solution to maximise the number of appointments that are kept.

Remind ME takes a feed of all the people that have scheduled a slot in the next hour, day, week, etc., from your existing appointment management system and then automates the process by sending them a reminder message.

Remind ME utilises the preferred media of your customer to either send an SMS message, or call the customer with an automated voice message, reminding them of the appointment and increasing the chance that they will keep this appointment.

Remind ME provides you with the ability to:

• Define at what point your customer is sent a reminder message.
• Automatically feed a list of customers to be reminded from you customer database, appointment management system or your accounts system.
• Send the message in the format of an SMS or Automated Voice Message.
• Request a confirmation that the reminder has been received.

Remind ME is not just for appointments; it can be utilised for any calendar based communication activity. For example, check-up due notice to patients, payment due notice to customers, check-in time for guests, etc.
