Schedule ME

Schedule ME provides a voice enabled interface directly into your existing appointment management system, making it quick and easy for callers to schedule their appointments following a set of automated prompts.

Schedule ME is able to work in the way you offer appointments to your customers. Customers can request a specific date and time and Schedule ME will book this slot, or offer the closest alternative if not available. Schedule ME can present the customer with a list of available appointments and allow the caller to select the one they require, or alternatively, Schedule ME can be configured to offer the caller the next available slot.
